Job Summary

FNB is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our social media and email marketing. This role involves running paid ad campaigns, crafting organic growth strategies, and performing in-depth analytics to optimize performance. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving website traffic, increasing conversions, and aligning digital marketing efforts with FNB’s business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and X.
  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Analyze ad performance and website traffic using Shopify Analytics, third-party analytics tools, and Hotjar to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to improve customer retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (both paid and unpaid).
  • Ensure all campaigns resonate with the Afghan diaspora market while appealing to broader audiences.
  • Maintain a culturally relevant message that speaks to Pashto and Dari-speaking audiences.

Job Requirements

5+ years experience in social media marketing, paid ads management, and analytics.
✅ Proven track record of managing e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
✅ Experience in handling small business marketing for at least 5 years.
✅ Strong knowledge of Shopify Analytics & Hotjar for behavioral analysis.
✅ Expertise in Meta Analytics, TikTok Business Tools, Google Analytics, and other third-party tracking tools.
✅ Experience with retargeting and customer lifetime value optimization.
✅ Proficiency in English for reporting and strategy execution.
Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English is required.
Familiarity with the Afghan diaspora market is a plus.
